Work
As a Production designer at BASIC/DEPT® my tasks involved working in Figma on a daily basis within design systems or UI kits.
Maintains & manages design libraries for client projects
Collaborated with engineers / developers to deliver accurate specs and assets based on design system guidelines
Ensured design system assets were production-ready, pixel-perfect, and optimized for cross-platform use
Systemizing components, file cleanup, merging libraries, prototype
Documented specs, use case, and naming conventions
Discover, audit and communicated areas which could help streamline processes
Supported leads with visuals for app as well as web on desktop/mobile
Liaison between design and developer to ensure smooth handoff between team or client

Design: Native app, Web for mobile and desktop
Role: Redesign/update pages, design library maintenance, component creation, Dev prep handoff, prototyping, client meetings, documentation & annotations. UI toolkit creation for smaller team within org.

Role: Prepped assets for Smart Home pages, Earbuds pages, product comparison pages, and Special offers. I also audited pages which were marked as EOL, sourced high res images inside CMS library, cleaned up icons, performed team and individual visual QA, tracked and reviewed updates through tracking system
